CEM is an event management concept that encompasses all the components of a particular program under one oversight committee. The CEM model regards an event as a self-contained business unit with goals, objectives, cash-flow, ROI, tracking results, etc. Of course all of these steps are designed in accordance with the type of program.

CEM serves as the 'nerve connectors' between the parts of a program. In other words an interface of all major components under one administrative custody. Of course some programs will have all of these components and a few more --- and some will not. Our CEM approach will conform to the goals and objectives set by the client.

The CEM Team manages the entire spectrum of components

CEM Central Team - a core team composed by a team-leader (from GEC); a client contact (could be the host of the program or a designated person with decision making authority); someone from the host facility (Hotel,  resort, convention center, or whatever venue the event is taking place) and a 4th person -- which will vary depending on the size and scope of the event and which main areas require direct representation.    

Now, your event may only need all or maybe only one or two of these components.. and of course you may use your own internal resources to make it happen. That's not what CEM is about -- CEM is about an oversight! A single entity (the CEM Team) whose goal and set of knowledge is focused on the best possible result of the event. Whether you are using these services from GEC, from an internal source or from your own supplier base.

AV - Whether GEC is providing the Audio Visual services or you are using your own company -- we will oversee and supervise all aspects of the AV requirements to make sure they are in compliance with the goals set for the event

Host Facility - could be a hotel or multiple hotels, a resort or multiple facilities, a conference center, a restaurant or a football stadium. It will vary depending on the scope of the event --- GEC is well equipped to manage and handle any variation and we can recommend the best solution for your program.

Travel Services - You may use your own travel services company or you can use GEC designated Corporate Travel Management company -- also with more than 20 years of hands on experience in airline negotiations, contracting and group services our GEC Travel Services provider will bring you the best service at the best possible cost.

Promotional Items -  From simple key chains, tee-shirts and baseball caps for team building activities to elaborate design trophies and specialty logo-items the GEC appointed Premium Services has done it all! Please contact us for more information and details on our specialty services. We also provide full service printing, designing and esecution of signs, posters, banners and related items.

Guest Services -  VIP Services, dedicated concierge with theater tickets, restuarant reservations, rooming lists, offsite events, golf and tennis tournaments -- all under one roof all overseen by a team of dedicated professionals ready to jump at your request.

Ground Services -  Serving over 300 cities worldwide with all forms of transportation, charters, buses, private jets and horse-drawn carriages -- (p.s. for a product launch of a major international fragrance company we had guests picked up and transported to the location by horse-drawn carriages).

Creative - Corporate Identification is a major factor on larger and mid-size events. Our creative team can design and develop a visual that not only falls within your coporate guidelines but also melds and syncs with your goals as well as with the destiation and the other components of the event. Producing all printed materials, logos, registration website, 'give-aways' and promotional items.

Oneline Registration, Invitation and Interactive Website - with capabilities of managing one, two or multiple events with multiple hotels and one, two or 50 breakout rooms, along with actvity choices, preferences, etc. All done internally (which minimizes costs and generates efficiency).
